Using a custom favicon

You can upload a custom favicon to be displayed when respondents open your survey in a browser tab. If none is selected, the Medallia logo will be used by default.

To upload a favicon, complete the following steps:

  1. Open your survey.
  2. Select Settings > Options.
  3. Select Favicon.
  4. Select Media library and select an image or upload a new one. Select Preview to see a preview of the image before you save it.

    You can also select URL and enter a URL and alternate text (optional) for the image. Then click Select image.

  5. Click Save.
