As part of this release the Digital release notes have been restructured. Now, all changes deployed across properties are available in the Digital Feedback release notes. This includes changes made to Digital Web, Digital In-app SDK and Digital Anywhere properties.

When forms relying on mobile web were viewed in Safari:
- If a required rating scale question was not answered when using a screen reader, error messaging was not being read aloud.
- Focus was not properly brought to the close button, making it impossible to navigate to the form using the tab key.

This change was made on iOS.

Rating scale labels for RTL languages had unnecessary margin spacing.

Release highlights
All property types
The Reusable Field Library can now be accessed and managed in a self-service manner through the Digital Command Center. Once added, Experience Cloud mapped fields can be used in survey form questions or custom parameters. Experience Cloud mapped fields are added or edited individually using the Digital Command Center, or alternatively bulk imported. Filter the list of mapped fields for an account based on the key value, share level or property where it is used. Optionally export a list of fields and their mapping. See Medallia Experience Cloud reusable field mapping.
The feedback button can now dynamically change size based on the number of characters configured for the button text. The change takes effect immediately upon feature activation, resaving the form is not required.
Resolved issues
General
Added validation in the Rule Engine for rules with a User Data variable as a rule condition on V2 integrated property. All variables that appear under the User Data section cannot be used in targeting rules, but appear in the Rule Engine as they could be used previously as filters in the legacy (deprecated) reporting capabilities.
Updates made to a Survey Draft's Thank You Page were not properly contained within the Draft state.
For Dynamic Hybrid Hosting customers - the "Learn More" link in the Freeze Mode banner was not properly linked to the documentation page.
In some situations, an error message would display in the console intermittently when launching a code trigger survey.
Digital In-app mobile SDK
These changes were made on both Android and iOS.
Hyperlinks in survey forms are now underlined, in addition to being a different color, to differentiate the hyperlink from other text.
The selection highlight in rating scales did not scale up properly when the user increased the text size.
Fixed accessibility issues related to square rating scales, tab navigation, rating scale alignment for RTL languages, dropdown selections, and icon ratings.
Links can now be globally disabled for Thank You Pages via a feature flag enablement.
These changes were made on Android.
Focus was not kept within dropdown after making a selection.
Star rating questions were not easily selectable by screen reader users when using voiceover.
Screen reader users were unable to select a checkbox or radio button question when voiceover was enabled.
On specific devices with narrow width, such as Galaxy Z Fold 3 certain survey form elements were cut off.
Resolved an issue preventing users from submitting a survey after initially trying to submit it without answering a required checkbox question.
This change was made on iOS.
