Create and manage journey subtypes

Learn how to create and manage your journey subtypes in MXO.

Create a journey subtype

To create a journey subtype, follow these steps:

  1. In MXO, go to Analyze > Journey Types.

  2. Click the add button to the right of the journey type where you want to create the journey subtype.

  3. Enter a unique name for your journey subtype.

  4. Enter a short description for your journey subtype.

  5. Click Save to finish the creation process.

Edit a journey subtype

To edit a journey subtype, follow these steps:

  1. In MXO, go to Analyze > Journey Types.

  2. Find the desired journey subtype in the list and click edit icon Edit.

  3. Edit the subtype name or description as required.

  4. Click Save to finish the editing process.

Delete a journey subtype

To delete a journey subtype, follow these steps:

  1. In MXO, go to Analyze > Journey Types.

  2. Find the desired journey subtype in the list and click delete icon Delete.

  3. In the modal window that appears, click Delete to complete the deletion process.
