Release highlights
The retry interval for voice surveys after reaching customer voicemail is now configurable.
Previously, calls would be retried after a 10-minute delay when voicemail was detected. Now, you can use the new Machine Detection Retry Interval setting to set a custom retry interval for each survey with voicemail detection enabled, up to 24 hours.

The "cookies and privacy policy" link near the bottom of customer surveys has been updated.
The link now points to the most up-to-date version of our policies at medallia.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
We continue to make security enhancements throughout the application.
These updates will continue to maintain compliance with modern security standards.
Accessibility updates
To improve accessibility in line with WCAG 2.1 standards, we have enhanced the following components:

Improved labeling and grouping for number-scale stars

Improved formatting for number-scale emojis

Improved keyboard focus, text descriptions, and visible keyboard focus cues for sliders

Improved ordering, labeling, and availability to accessibility tools for radio buttons

Improved labeling for edit fields
Resolved issues
It is no longer possible to add users with the same Agent ID in both Admin and non-Admin roles.
Previously, when a user account existed in a non-Admin role, another account with the same Agent ID could be added with the Admin role. Now, each user with an Admin role must have an Agent ID that is not present on any accounts with a non-Admin role.
An issue causing Agent IDs not to be associated with new accounts via bulk upload has been resolved.
Previously, when a user with any role other than Agent was uploaded via CSV, the Agent ID was not assigned to the new user. Now, Agent IDs will be parsed properly for all roles.
