Fixed issues

158243264

The Tomcat log file rolling failed to limit the number of total log files to 200 (the DefaultRolloverStrategy), when the logs spanned multiple days. Now, the log4j2 configuration has been updated to remove the daily format in the filePattern and the TimeBasedTriggeringPolicy, and log rolling functions correctly. - Affects 3.5.0

158566879

On IVG Avaya and IVG Genesys platform integrations, when an incoming call is abandoned, CCIS is failing to issue a dialog termination to VIS, which continues to offer callback treatment until retries have been exhausted, and attempts to transfer to Queue. When informed of the transfer, Queue Manager cleans-up the interaction and releases the license. Instead of fating the call as abandoned on incoming, the call is reported as a Force hold. - Affects 3.5.0
