    Creating a new Real-Time Alert.

  2. Select a rule from the Rule dropdown. This is the rule against which incoming feedback is compared. If the rule evaluates to true, the feedback is forwarded.

  3. Enter a list of email addresses, separated by semicolons, for all of the email addresses to which you want to send feedback.

The Real-Time Alert action is automatically enabled when created. Any feedback coming in is forwarded to the relevant email addresses.

Disable the actions using the toggle to the left of the rule.

Note: The Rule dropdown presents all rules defined in the Rule Engine . If no rules exist, the auto-forward feature is disabled.
