Profile status

Every profile has a state that indicates the condition of the profile.

  • Active — The user has signed in to Agent Connect, and has an approved profile. These users are ready to send feedback requests to customers.
  • Pending Review — The user has signed in to Agent Connect, and has submitted a profile for approval. You must approve these profiles before the users can send feedback requests to customers. For more information, see Editing and approving profiles.
  • Confirmed — The user has signed in to Agent Connect, but has not completed the profile. Remind the user to get started.
  • Unapproved — The profile is not valid. The user has not signed in and the profile is missing required information.
  • Deactivated — The user's account has been deactivated. The user can no longer sign in to Agent Connect.
  • (blank) — The user has never signed in to Agent Connect.
