Troubleshooting Zendesk integrations

If a webhook is not working correctly, failed invocations are visible in the webhook's activity log in Zendesk. You can filter the activity log by a status of All failed or by a specific type of error. From the Activity tab, you can also click on an Invocation ID to view the request and response for a specific invocation of the webhook.
