Raising a Support ticket allows you to request help and make feature requests.

Raising a support ticket from the DXA portal

  1. On the navigation bar, go to Help button help > Support.

  2. From the Medallia Knowledge Center homepage, go to Contact Support > Decibel.Create a Case screen

  3. Enter all required information for the case and select a Type, such as Assistance/Help or Feature Request.
  4. Click Submit.

The Support ticket is submitted. You should hear from a member of the Support team soon.
Note: To view any open tickets, on the Medallia Knowledge Center homepage, click View All Cases.
