Profiles

A profile is a brief presentation of each person in Medallia Agent Connect, and is shown to customers and other Agent Connect users. Each profile includes a picture and short bio of the person it represents.

Admins create profiles for each Team Member. They can create each profile individually, or create multiple profiles at once in a bulk operation. See Create profiles for other people and Create profiles in bulk to learn more.

Members provide personal information, such as a photo or bio to personalize their profile. See Complete your profile to learn more.

Each profile has a Profile status that indicates the condition of the profile, such as Active, Pending Review, Deactivated, and more. A profile is not visible to others, and the member cannot send out feedback requests until their profile is in the Active state.

Admins must approve a member's profile and make it Active by directly editing the profile, or as part of a bulk update. See Editing and approving profiles, Editing profiles in bulk, and Approve profiles in bulk to learn more.
