Deactivate profiles in bulk
The Bulk Actions menu on the Manage Team page includes a Deactivate Users option, which opens the Deactivate Users page. From the Deactivate Users page, you can quickly identify and select multiple user accounts for deactivation.
This article covers the process of deactivating users in bulk, as well as considerations for reassigning reporting relationships when deactivating Team Leader accounts.
Deactivate users
Use the following steps to deactivate users in bulk.

Open the Manage Team page.

Click the Bulk Actions dropdown menu, then select Deactivate users.

Use the search filters along the top of the Deactivate Users page to locate all user accounts you wish to deactivate.
Tip:-
Use the Last Active filter to find users who have not accessed the system in specific time frames.

Select users individually or use the top-level "select all" checkbox to select all users who fit the search criteria.

Selected users will be displayed on the page even after changing search filters, so you can see everyone you have selected.

Once you click Deactivate Users, Agent Connect will automatically deactivate any selected users who do not currently have any direct reports. If your selection did not include any managers with direct reports, the process is complete. See the next section to learn how to deactivate users with direct reports.
Adjust Team Member reporting
If your selection includes managers with direct reports, they cannot be deactivated until their direct reports are reassigned. In this case, a new side panel will appear to guide you through the process.
Use the following steps to reassign direct reports and deactivate the remaining Team Leaders.
Click Select New Team Leaders to move forward with the reassignment process or select Cancel to leave the Team Leaders active until you reassign their team.
You will be provided with reassignment options for each team, one Team Leader at a time.
(Option 1) To reassign the direct reports to a single Team Leader, select a new leader from the New Leader drop-down menu.
To continue through the deactivation process, select Confirm & Deactivate Team Leader.
If you wish to avoid deactivating the Team Leader after reassigning direct reports, select Skip Team Leader or Skip All to exit.
(Option 2) To distribute a team across multiple Team Leaders, select "Individual Team Leaders" in the Reassign Team To drop-down menu.
Select the individual users to assign to a specific Team Leader.
Select the Team Leader for the selected users, then click Confirm.
Repeat the process for any remaining Team Members.
After selecting a leader for each Team Member, validate all selections before moving on. You can still make adjustments on this page before deactivating the original Team Leader account.
