Medallia Agent Connect is integrated with Friendbuy, software that helps drive customer referrals. If your company uses Friendbuy, you can include a referral widget directly on the Thank You page of your Agent Connect survey. For more information, see Marketing features.
Before you can embed a Friendbuy referral widget in your Agent Connect survey, you must locate information in Friendbuy, and then enter that information in Agent Connect as described in the following steps:
- If your company is not already using Friendbuy, visit friendbuy.com to create an account.
A trial version is available.
- In Friendbuy, create an embedded widget specifically for Agent Connect.
You can copy an existing widget for this purpose. All of the Friendbuy embedded templates fit on the Agent Connect survey Thank You page.
- In Friendbuy, locate your site ID, as shown in the following image:
- In Friendbuy, locate the ID of the widget you want to embed in your Agent Connect survey, as shown in the following image:
- On the Settings screen in Agent Connect, click Marketing.
- On the Marketing screen, click the Share to social networks field to enable this functionality.
- In the Friendbuy Site ID field, enter your company's unique Friendbuy ID.
- In the Friendbuy Widget ID field, enter the unique ID of the widget you want embedded in the Thank You page of your Agent Connect survey.
- Click Save.
The Thank You page of your survey now includes a Friendbuy widget that allows your customers to refer people they know to your company.
