Authentication is required to access some product documentation.
Some Medallia product documentation requires authentication to view. To get authenticated you must first sign in to your Medallia application (such as Medallia Web, Admin Suite, or the Knowledge Center), and then click the ? Help or Docs links. For example:
Clicking these links authenticates your access to documentation, and redirects you to this portal. You then have several weeks to use the site before being prompted to re-authenticate.
Medallia employees can authenticate by clicking either the sign-in link in the upper right corner of this page, or the Medallia Documentation tile on the company Okta screen.
