Adobe Audience Manager

The Adobe Audience Manager data connector allows you to retarget visitors using Audience Manager segmentation leveraging DXA Digital Experience and Pillar Scores.

Configuring the Audience Manager data connector in DXA

  1. On the navigation bar, go to Connect > Data Connectors > CDP/DMP > Adobe Audience Manager.Audience Manager data connector

  2. Under Adobe Audience Manager, select Adobe Audience Manager Enabled.

    The following settings appear:

  3. In Username, enter the Audience Manager account username.
    Tip: DXA recommends creating a dedicated Audience Manager account for the Decibel connection. This should be a general account not associated with a specific user in your organization.
  4. In Password, enter the Audience Manager account password.
  5. In Data Source Id, enter the Audience Manager data source ID.
    Important: You must ask the Audience Manager user to create a data source in their Audience Manager instance.
  6. Click Save.

The Audience Manager data connector is enabled. A Decibel-DXS trait storage folder is created in your Audience Manager instance with additional traits to create segments and fine tune targeting.Decibel-DXS trait storage folder in Audience Manager instance
