Do you have a support question? Whether you have a question about how to use a Medallia product, or you are experiencing issues with your instance, the Medallia Technical Support team is here to help.

Visit Begin with the Getting started section, which introduces you to the different ways to learn about Experience Cloud. You can search for solutions, participate in the Knowledge Center Community, register for training, and more.

Enter a request for assistance or a service ticket by clicking Contact Support (available to Designated Program Administrators only) on the main page of the Knowledge Center, entering information about your request, and then clicking Submit. To gain Designated Program Administrator permissions, contact your Medallia expert.
