All Medallia employees are required to read, acknowledge and follow Medallia’s policies, including a Non-Disclosure Agreement and the Electronic Resources Policy. Medallia has instituted a comprehensive code of business conduct and ethics consistent with the highest standards of legal and ethical business conduct. This code covers compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws; principles of ethical behavior and fair dealing; and confidentiality and privacy. Medallia has established procedures for anonymously reporting suspected policy violations, investigating reports, and responding to violations.
Terminations
Upon termination or any other change in status, HR, IT and the employee's supervisor ensure that access rights are removed or changed, all equipment is returned, and applicable logical and physical access is disabled. All accounts are completely disabled via Okta after 30 days, which removes the user’s accounts from the internal resources. For immediate terminations, a member of the Executive team will instruct the Operations team to disable access immediately.
