Resolved issues
Android
Fixed small memory leaks discovered during SDK performance evaluation.
iOS

Invisible banner:
Bugs in form display on modern iOS devices.
Part of the banner was cut-off by new iPhone models notch (e.g., iPhone XS and XR).
- The queue thread was made more robust to resolve detected crashes.
In some cases for iOS SDKs the display time configured for Banner invitation did not take affect.
UIWindow was not hidden after SDK form is dismissed causing app UI 'freezes' and other app activity issues.
Fixed various sporadic crashes found in the field.
