This section covers the CSS used to make changes to numeric rating scales (scales that have text numbers in them). Some examples of numeric rating scales are as follows:

• 1-5 point rating scale

• 1-10 point rating scale

• 0-10 point rating scale

• NPS rating scale

The built-in rating scales have different styles that can be selected when adding them to a form. The pattern/shape of each number can either be a circle or square. It is best practice to use the shapes that are available and only change their color combinations.
