Display states

Four different states for a number on a rating scale are available for use. The states are determined by whether Single Select or Accumulate Select is selected.

The following example shows a Single Select -(Square) rating scale: Example showing a Single Select -(Square) rating scale.

  • Initial / Unselected — Initial state before customer interaction; or unselected.

  • On — Not used.

  • Hover — As mouse moves over the number.

  • Selected — Number selected by the customer.

The following example shows an Accumulate Select (square) rating scale:

  • Initial / Unselected — Initial state before customer interaction; or unselected.

  • On — Color of all numbers not selected once a selection is made.

  • Hover — Numbers left of the mouse pointer are the same color.

  • Selected — Number selected by the customer.
