Grading report
The Grading report provides detailed information about the rating fields and surveys to show how customers rate various aspects of customer experience.
Fields filter
Select a specific rating field to analyze in the dropdown at the top of the report screen. By default, the report provides data about all rating fields across all feedback.
Daily Average Grade Per Field chart
The Daily Average Grade Per Field chart shows the specific grade per rating field across the time range selected.
Average grade and breakdown charts
The Average Grade Per Field chart lists the rating fields selected from the filter dropdown and the average grade per field. By default, all rating fields are displayed.
The Grades Breakdown report shows the percentage of people who have selected a specific grade across the fields selected (e.g., 21% of people rated 4 for customer satisfaction).
