Word Cloud report
The Word Cloud report identifies the strength and weakness areas that customers have highlighted. It is generated from the analysis of all the free text feedback submitted by users, in the current filter.
Medallia for Digital takes into account the customer-specified surveys and the date range selected to produce reports in specific formats.
World Cloud
The Word Cloud presents the top 100 words (by count) with their associated sentiment; the color of the word indicates the sentiment.
The size of the word indicates occurrences relative to the other words; the bigger the word, the more it has been used in feedback.
Top Words table
The Top Words table lists the top 10 words by count with their associated sentiment. Click the See More link to expand and see the full list of words and their statistics.
