Medallia Digital Web 2.22.0 release notes
Released starting 25 April 2019
Release Highlights
-
(SAP) targeting logic now now recalculates forms of type "Button" when refreshing the page.
-
("Invite" type surveys only) Disable Intercept rule allows the CX manager to define a custom parameter based rule that disables the survey display process even after the behavioral trigger has fired. This is ideal for cases where some parameter on the customer's side has changed since the code executed and we do not want the survey to fire. Example use cases include:
-
A customer logged into the service and is in a segment that should not be surveyed.
-
Only survey customers that didn't add n items into the shopping cart.
-
-
The Form Display tab now easily reflects the meaning of each of the form display options.
