Form duplication is available for digital UP accounts. When duplicating a form:

• Fields in the form that were linked to already existing fields (reused) are be carried forward into the copy, with the linking. For example, an NPS field on the form — that was linked to a BPP LTR question — that field in the new duplicated form, is already be linked to the same BPP LTR question.

• Fields in the form that were created anew in Medallia Experience Cloud —  were not linked to existing fields — are each created anew in Medallia Experience Cloud for the duplicated form.

• Custom parameters have not changed behavior —  they are defined at a property level, so as long as they were assigned to "all forms", they will be carried into the copy.

The left side menu has been updated with a new icons and color scheme.

Medallia for Digital is now integrated with Full Story session recording. A link to the recorded session in Full Story will be added to the collected feedback.

Updated left side menu to a new and modern user interface. There is no change to the functionality that you are familiar with.
