Highlights
-
Embedded surveys have additional targeting and quarantine options to target embedded surveys based on the following:
-
Percentage
-
Numbers of visits
-
Number of pages viewed in a visit
Quarantine logic is identical to surveys of type "invite" and is based on submit-and-decline dates.Note: For single page applications, clearing the div that hosts the embedded survey is required before calling the update page view function. -
-
Customers can define hover state background colors and font colors for rectangular always-on buttons.
Important: This feature is available upon request. Ask your Medallia expert to file a Feature activation request with Medallia Support. -
The screen capture feature now allows customers to select a DOM HTML element when taking a picture. Customers can now choose (via Cosmos, which requires submitting a request to Medallia) the selection tool to use—the existing area tool or the new DOM element tool.

Resolved issues
-
Closing a survey on mobile web no longer causes the browser to scroll to the top of the page.
The 1-7 rating scale is now available without limitations; CSS changes are not required.
Embedded surveys will be refreshed when the updatePageView command is executed for customers using a single-page application website.
A race condition no longer causes inconsistencies on saved form data.
To improve the performance of the GetFeedback API, requests made to the API are now limited to one request at a time.
All properties appear in the "Switch property" popup as expected.
