- Network connectivity requirements: Digital surveys require unobstructed network connectivity over an HTTPS connection. If your organization employs a content security policy or any other network filtering method, you may need to allow-list Medallia domains. For more information, refer to allow-list documentation or contact your Digital expert.

ADA / WCAG compliance: Digital Web is certified WCAG 2.1 Level AA. For the best survey experience, Medallia recommends the following screen reader and browser combinations:

Safari MacOS users: To enable tabbing in Safari, it is required that the Press tab to highlight each item on a webpage box, located under Safari Preferences - Advanced, is selected.

Highlights
The User Based Targeting(UBT) feature now supports identifier hashing.
Note:It is not possible to maintain current UBT records when enabling this capability.
User Based Targeting is now GovCloud compliant.
Users can now hide unwanted options that were received from a field defined in Admin Suite.
Applies to Dropdown, Radio button and Checkbox components.
Hiding an option is done of a per-form basis.
Resolved issues

When generating a new package on a Dynamic Hybrid Hosting property, the older version was being deprecated automatically. Now, the old version is deprecated only when the user clicks Confirm deployment.

The tooltip over the "Screen capture" icon now appears as expected.

Customers who logged in to the Digital Command Center via SSO and clicked the "Help" links were not taken to the support portal.

On some versions of the JAWS screen reader the focus on rating question was not aligned properly.

The characters "<" and ">" now properly appear inside feedback data.

Some users were prevented from saving a form with an "Image" component.

The error reporting on corrupt translation files has been improved.

Dropdown options with long text now appear properly on iOS devices.

Digital Stand Alone and V1 customers can now select more than one feedback record by holding the "Shift" key.
