The date picker appearance (language, week start day, and so on.) is determined by the user's browser locale, therefore the date format selection option has been removed from the survey builder. This does not impact how the date is displayed in the reporting modules.
IE11 does not support the native HTML component, so the user must enter the date manually.
Better accessibility support because the fields are using the standard browser implementation.
