Highlights
-
Important:
In conjunction with Microsoft’s retirement of Internet Explorer 11, Digital Web no longer supports IE11 starting with this release. This means that users visiting your website using Internet Explorer 11 do not run the Digital embed code. This applies to all of our web offering types (Cloud, Hybrid-Hosted and Dynamic Hybrid Hosted). If you have any questions, please contact your Medallia partner.
-
The survey loader animation has been replaced with a lightweight version. The new loader applies to new and updated surveys. To apply the new loader to existing surveys, save the survey.
- The legacy module "Experience Optimizer" is deprecated. Users logging into Medallia Digital via SSO are now redirected to the "Forms" section. Additionally, users who log in via SSO to a property that they do not have permissions to access are directed to an error page.
-
In order to improve performance, web survey assets are no longer automatically re-downloaded on survey close for all customers.
-
Tags are no longer available for customers who are using legacy digital exports.
-
Additional styles for the survey "button" are now available by default for all customers. For more details see Button Design tab.
Resolved issues
-
When duplicating forms the custom CSS was pointing to a file that didn't exist in the resources library.
