Android: Google Chrome + TalkBack

Safari MacOS users: To enable tabbing in Safari, it is required that the Press tab to highlight each item on a webpage box, located under Safari Preferences - Advanced, is selected.
Highlights
Administrators can now refresh a group of survey forms in a single bulk operation. This makes it easier to ensure a property's survey forms are using the latest version of Medallia Digital without needing to manually resave each form in the Digital Command Center.
This is especially useful for example when a new feature is enabled for the property, which can require saving all forms to ensure they are updated with the feature, or when a change is made in the Experience Cloud configuration which requires forms to be resaved. See Refresh forms.
Important: This feature is available upon request. Ask your Medallia expert to file a Feature activation request with Medallia Support.Reusable custom parameters are now generally available in all Medallia Experience Cloud v2 enabled configurations.
Customers can opt-in to Enable a stricter Custom CSS URL validation. When this feature is enabled the Custom CSS URL is validated against the following rules:
- The URL starts with http:// or https://, and followed by at least 1 English-letter/digit, then followed by a dot, and that the letters/digits+dot structure repeats up to 4 times (domain)
- Followed by English-letters string with length of 2-6 (top-level domain)
- Can be followed by : and then by 2 or up to 5 digits (port)
- Followed by / and then by at least 1 char: English letter, digit or one of these characters: _()&%=+~- (this tests the existence of at least a minimal path)
- The rest of the path structure is less restrictive:
- it can have English, digits, space and any of these characters: _()&%=+~-
- a slash (/) or dot (.) character can't be followed by another slash or dot
- the URL can't end with a slash or dot character
Form 2.0 now supports scrollbar visibility and color customization via custom CSS.
Form 2.0 now displays a scrollbar by default if the content exceeds the currently displayed area.
Form 2.0 users can now hide the "Powered By Medallia" section via custom CSS using the following definition:
--powered-by-display: none;
.As communicated previously, all Medallia Digital properties now have a default data retention period of 12 months. This is applicable only for data stored in the Medallia Digital database and not to feedback collected in Medallia Experience Cloud. To define a data retention policy shorter than 12 months please contact your Medallia team.
