Medallia Voices now remembers the last filters applied. Filters persists after the following actions:

• If the app is minimized.

• If the app is closed out and reopened.

• If the session expires and you have to log back in.

• When a new set of cards is generated for the day.

Click-throughs from Medallia Voices to Medallia Mobile:

• By clicking the Forward icon for any feedback card in Medallia Voices, you can then open that feedback in Medallia Mobile.

• After you review all cards in Medallia Voices, a new option is available to see all responses in Medallia Mobile.

• In the Profile tab in Medallia Voices, previously submitted responses by the respondent now display links to the responses in Medallia Mobile.
