Step 2 - Define the Relevant Propositions
In MXO create the relevant Propositions. These are the products and services for which you want to track and capture customer activity.
For the purposes of this exercise, we are going to define the following four Propositions:

To define your Propositions
- In MXO , choose Configure.
- Select Propositions.
- Click Create.
- Add your new Propositions, using the details described in the table above, to the hierarchy.
- Click Save.
Once created, your Propositions are displayed in the main MXO UI, as follows:
