Step 7 - Define Where to Track Customer Activity
In MXO , create your Interaction Points, as well as Activity Capture Points for the four new Propositions you defined earlier.
For this exercise, we will be setting these up for the Android Touchpoint (android://optimization-example) of the hybrid example app. You can use these same steps to configure the iOS Touchpoint (ios://optimization-example).
Create your Interaction Points
In MXO create two Interaction Points, one for each tab of the app, and four further Interaction Points for each button in the second tab of the app. Use the following details:

To create your Interaction Points
- In MXO , choose Collect.
- Select Touchpoints.
- Select Android Hybrid Example.
- Click Create and create your Interaction Points, based on the details in the table, above.
After you finish creating your Interaction Points, you can view them under Collect > Interaction Points.
Create the relevant Activity Capture Points
In MXO create four new Activity Capture Points, one for each of the button Interaction Points in the second tab of the app. These will capture customer interest in your products. Use the following details:

To create your Activity Capture Points
- In MXO , choose Collect.
- Select Interaction Points.
- Ensure Android Hybrid Example is selected in the Touchpoint drop-down menu.
- Select Product 1B Button.
- Click the Add icon for Activity Capture Points.
- Create your Activity Capture Points, based in the details in the table, above. For example:
- Click Save.
- Repeat Steps 4-7 for each of the other button Interaction Points.
After you finish creating your Activity Capture Points, you can view them under Collect > Interaction Points.
