Personas
Journey personas thoroughly define typical customers, allowing a common understanding of who your customers are and creating organizational alignment. Personas can be associated to journey maps, providing an understanding of the kinds of experiences those customers have with a brand.
Navigate the Personas page
The Personas page provides you with a list of all available journey personas. You can view the following details for each persona:

Persona name

Persona description
-
Journey maps associated to that persona

Name of the last person to modify the persona
-
Date when the persona was last modified
From this page, you can also create new personas and perform actions on a specific persona such as editing or deleting it.
