Step 3 - Define the activity to capture
In MXO, define the type of activity you want to track and capture for customers.
For the purposes of this exercise, we will create a View Product activity type to capture that a customer views a particular product page.

Define your activity type
- In MXO, go to Configure > Activity Types.
- On the Activity Types page, click + Create.
- In the Create Activity Type dialog box, enter the name of the activity type that you want to create. For this exercise, enter View Product.
- Click Save.
Once created, your new activity type is displayed in the main MXO UI, as follows:
