Step 1 - Create your space
The space is where you define everything that goes into optimizing your customers' experience (touchpoints, interaction points, eligibility rules, content, and so on).
You can create your own space for testing or training purposes. This lets you keep what you're doing separate from your production environment.
Create a space
Open your browser and navigate to the MXO login page.
Enter your username and password. Contact your site administrator or tenant administration if you don't know the address for your MXO environment, don't have an account set up, or don't know your password.
On the Space Selection page, click + Create.
Enter the name of the space you want to create, and click Save. For this practice optimization, enter Practice Optimization. Space names can contain letters, numbers, spaces, and underscore characters – but no punctuation or other special characters.
The new space's welcome page opens and you can start building out your first optimization.
