MXO supports two sign-in methods: SSO or the dedicated sign-in page. Use the credentials created in Users to sign in via the sign-in page.

Follow these steps to sign in using your MXO credentials:

1. Open your browser and navigate to the MXO sign-in page.

2. Enter your user ID and password. Contact your system or tenant admin if you do not know your MXO environment address, do not have an account set up, or need a password reset.

   Important: You have three attempts to sign in before your account is blocked. Passwords expire every 180 days, and you will receive an email reminder to change it 14 days before expiration.
3. If you are signing in via web, enter the one-time code sent to your email address.

   Note: MXO sends the multifactor authentication one-time code to the email address set in Users.

4. Click Sign In.
