Summary View

The Summary view provides a high-level view of the flow of customers between Lifecycle Stages, across all Channels. This view provides information about customers entering or dropping off the journey lifecycle, forward and backward transitions between Lifecycle Stages, and the total volume of customers currently on each Lifecycle Stage.

Default Journey Visual

In the default journey visual, MXO displays all flows and volumes for customers included in the query results, across Lifecycle Stages, at the Activity Type level. This shows you:

  • The volume of active and inactive customers on an activity.
  • How many customers on an activity received personalized content from MXO .
  • Entries, drop offs, forward, and backward flows for an activity.

This allows your organization to understand customer behavior as they perform different activities, identify bottlenecks or other issues they face during their particular journey, and assess the overall effectiveness of MXO in optimizing the customer experience on that journey.
