Lifecycle Stages Report

Lifecycle Stages represent the maturity of the relationship each customer has achieved with your brand. Some users are still getting to know you and will be in the Awareness stage or similar. Others have got to know you well and are about to commit as they’ve reached the Purchase stage. You also have your old friends, in the Service or Manage stages, customers who are loyal to your brand. This report lets you dig into the volume of activity and number of profiles at each level of their relationship and experience with the brand.

Lifecycle Stages - Main

Tip: Keep an eye on both new and returning and identified versus unidentified customers. A high volume of recognized and returning users in the early stages of your lifecycle is a strong indicator of those customers looking to potentially purchase additional products or services. Especially so, if they are in the consideration or similar stages. There might be an opportunity to create personalizations or messages to reinforce purchasing behavior for those customers. If your conversion data is not reflecting the high volume of customers in those lifecycle stages, consider how you might leverage targeted promotions now that you can see the raised level of activity.
