Summary Report

If you are looking for a quick snapshot of all your profile activity, always check the Activity Summary report, first.

Select the most suitable time range and quickly see the daily trend of active users across all Channels and Touchpoints, with summary counts for all major audience cohorts.

You will also find a quick access to all your historical counts, providing you with a complete view of all the profiles since the day your MXO account was activated.

Tip:

Stock market traders have an expression that helps describe how you should use this, and other reports within Engagement Insights.

The trend is your friend until the bend in the end.

Make sure you look for any anomalies within the customer profile trends by looking at different time selections. Any dips or spikes need to be understood. If you see something in the trend that does not look right, check the other Activity Reports to identify where the change in behavior has occurred.
