This is an overview report that provides volumes and counts for the types of customers interacting with your brand during the time period you select.
Profiles by Day
This section shows the total count of profiles interacting with your brand, by day. The counts are split out by identified profiles (those that have a customer key) and unidentified profiles.
New & Returning Profiles
Understanding your retention levels is key to growing your business over time. Brands that are new to market will have a high focus of attracting new customers but over time this needs to develop into a balanced approach where you are actively increasing your retention rates. New customers are expensive and building a loyal audience that returns organically will drive greater levels of profitability.
