Daily Active Profiles by Device Type
This section shows you the breakdown of devices that your customers use to interact with your brand. MXO collects this data when a customer connects with your brand and the data is available to categorize.
Tip: Other as a device type is used to group information where there is no device type available. For example, when MXO is sent offline activity data (such as a call into a call center) or batch transactions are loaded into MXO on a scheduled basis. This data does not have any customer device data associated with it, so these customer interactions are grouped in the Other bucket so you can see the full picture of device activity.
Profiles by Device Type
This section extends the device usage insights by looking at the associated operating systems customers use when interacting with your brand. This is broken this down by the different audience cohorts.
