Activities are the things customers actually do, in relation to a Proposition, that your business wants to track. Activities consist of a Proposition and an Activity Type. You define Activities when creating Activity Capture Points.

Examples of activities include:

• Starting an application for a Platinum Card
• Submitting an application for life Insurance
• Requesting a brochure on Mediterranean Cruises

Activities are independent of Touchpoint. The same activity can be triggered in many different ways.
