The MXO Bookmarklet provides all the functionality of the MXO Extension for browsers other than Chrome.

The MXO Bookmarklet lets you choose the places on a web-based Touchpoint where you want to track customer activity, capture customer data and personalize your customers' experience. You can also use the MXO Bookmarklet to check that your engagement configurations are working as expected and see how they will function when published to your live website.

When installed, you'll see the MXO Bookmarklet control on your browser's toolbar, as shown in the following screenshot.

To set up and preview your engagement configurations, activate the bookmarklet on your chosen web site.

Activating the bookmarklet lets you:

• Preview your engagement configurations.
• Configure new engagement configurations.
• Select the areas on a web page where you want to track customer activity, capture customer data, and optimize the customer experience.
