Before you can listen to customer activity, capture customer data or display personalized content to customers, you must publish the relevant content and engagement configurations. Publishing your content pushes your changes to your live environment.

You collect your changes in a snapshot and push those changes to the Launchpad in order to publish your content.

You must have the publisher role to make a snapshot live (you cannot make a snapshot live with the admin role).
