MXO Extension and MXO Bookmarklet
The MXO Extension and MXO Bookmarklet let you configure and manage your web-based Touchpoints easily, by allowing you to work within the context of your own website. You can choose the places on a web-based Touchpoint where you want to track customer actions, collect information, display Assets, and then optimize your customers' experience.
For the MXO Extension and MXO Bookmarklet to work correctly, you must have your browser set to accept cookies. ## MXO Extension
When the MXO Extension is installed, you'll see the MXO Extension control in the upper right of your browser's toolbar.
You only need to install the MXO Extension once; it remains installed as part of your browser (until you remove it).
The MXO Extension receives updates automatically, as necessary.
MXO Bookmarklet
The MXO Bookmarklet provides all the functionality of the MXO Extension for browsers other than Chrome.
When installed, you'll see the MXO Bookmarklet control on your browser's toolbar.
