A Tenant is your organizations unique environment within MXO .

When you decide to integrate MXO with your environment, we set you up with a Tenant that is solely for your use. You have complete control over that Tenant, including the number of Spaces you set up and the users to which you decide to provide access.

Within a Tenant, your organization can to choose to create one or more Space. Typically, you will have multiple Spaces, such as:

• Test Spaces, for testing your engagement configuration.
• Training Spaces, for users to learn about MXO .
• Individual development Spaces, for individual users to play with MXO .
• Production Space, a single Space containing your live engagement configuration.

When a user with access to your Tenant logs in, they may see one or more Spaces. They can also create their own Spaces for personal development, training, and testing.
