You can link your social media to your Medallia Ideas account if the community allows you to sign in using your social media accounts, or to share content from the community to your social media accounts.

To link a social media account to your Medallia Ideas account:

1. Click your profile icon to view your profile.

2. Go to More > Settings, and select Linked accounts.

   

   Note: To unlink an existing account, click Remove.

3. Click on Social Networks to see a list of the social media networks to that you can link to your Medallia Ideas account.

4. Click the social media network to link.

   

5. If you are not logged into that network, provide your username and password. When you have logged in, click Authorize app to complete the process.
