Customer management

A LivingLens Customer is the top level of the organization hierarchy in the LivingLens platform. A Customer is created at the time of account provisioning and is typically given the organization’s name. All of an organization’s channels are nested within the Customer.

Customer management facilitates LivingLens settings at the Customer level, which are applied to all channels in the Customer group.
