Dashboard views

While the Overview provides high-level visualizations of the audio, the Views section allows the user to interact with the data on the level of individual calls, clients, or dates. There are two types of views: the Files View and the Summary View. Each view provides a close-up look at the files through a variety of metrics over a customizable date range. Select a view by clicking on the drop-down menu next to View, below the chart on the Overview screen.

Application views

While the Dashboard Overview focuses on giving a high level view of the calls coming into V‑Spark, defined Applications permit the user to focus on specific aspects of the data for deeper analysis. Available Applications are listed by name in the submenu. Applications use the linguistic and acoustic properties of calls to evaluate different metrics.

View options

The Dashboard provides numerous ways of reviewing and searching individual and aggregated audio record data.

  1. Specify the company, organization, and folder for which you want to view data. Your choices may be limited by your user permissions.

  2. Select the date range for which you want to review data. Dates with no audio data are grayed out in the calendar menu.

  3. Choose from various overview metrics to see daily charts for volume, duration, and emotion.

  4. Roll over parts of the graphs to get specific information about call types.
