Overall Satisfaction (OSAT) is a real-time measure of customer satisfaction with a company or service, typically assessed with a question like, "How satisfied are you with the service you received?" The average response over time indicates customer satisfaction levels. OSAT and CSAT are calculated by dividing the total number of positive responses by the total number of responses, resulting in a percentage from 0 to 100.
