Interaction points
Interactions are the key elements of the customer experience, representing the ongoing conversation between your customer and your organization at any of your touchpoints.
Interaction points let you:
- capture customer activity,
- capture customer input, and
- return optimized content to your customer during those interactions.
What information can you view on the Interaction Points page?
The Interaction Points page provides you with a list of all interaction points configured for a particular touchpoint. You can switch between touchpoints, using the drop-down menu, on the top-left of the screen.
The Interaction Points page also provides you with the following details about each interaction point:
- Name and path for the interaction point.
- Number of configured capture and optimization points.
- Whether or not customers on that Interaction must be verified.
- Interaction point status — is the interaction point published or unpublished, or has it been modified?
- Date when the interaction point was last modified.
- Name of the last person to modify the interaction point.
